Information collected
This site has no form and collects no personal information. It uses no cookies or tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts except the cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics audience measurement tool (see the Hosting section). We do not sell any personal information.
Checklist
The checklist on the trade pages is stored only in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). It is never transmitted. You can erase it with the “Uncheck all” button or by clearing the site data in your browser.
Hosting and host logs
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes the technical logs needed to deliver pages and protect the service (for example the IP address, date and time, page requested and browser used). These logs are not used to profile you. The site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party scripts, except the Cloudflare Web Analytics audience measurement tool, which produces aggregated statistics without cookies or personal information; these statistics are kept by Cloudflare under its own rules.
Technical logs may be processed by Cloudflare, Inc. outside Québec, including in the United States.
Server technical logs are kept for no more than 30 days and then deleted automatically, unless a security incident requires keeping them longer for investigation.
Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information by writing to info@demarrerauquebec.ca. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (www.cai.gouv.qc.ca).
